Optics and Optoelectronics Manufacturers Association (GZOEMA)
was established in Aug 2003 in order to promote optics
and optoelectronics technology, one of today's leading-edge
technologies. In the 21st century, optoelectronics industry
and technology are expected to play the role of a propellant
toward the realization of a multimedia society. In response
to the strong needs of the times, GZOEMA is developing
its operations based on the following basic policies actively
and efficiently. We intend to provide strong support to
the optics and optoelectronics industry, and improve the
competitiveness of Guangdong optoelectronics industry.
GZOEMA
is a non-profit civilian organization, which services
for all entities engaging in the development, manufacture,
sale and agency in the optics and optoelectronics industry,
including research institutions, education organizations,
press organizations, and all companies related in photonics
industry. Its operation director is Guangzhou economy
committee. And PROF Songhao Liu, the famous optoelectonics
expert, academician for CAS, is the incumbent president
of GZOEMA.
Up to now, there
are over 70 entities to be the GZOEMA members, including
companies, universities and research organizations all
of which have an interest in developing the optoelectronics
industry. On absorbing members, GZOEMA welcome all related
entities to join under the working guideline of ¡®only
with industry limits, and without area limits¡¯. And actually,
more and more companies will have joined us along with
the time .
Being a platform
for optics and optoelectronics industry, GZOEMA always
keep the following service conception: doing its level
best for each enterprise. We endeavor to integrate all
relevant resources to make us best use in offering our
services for companies. And try to build up the communication
bridge among government¡¢enterprises and institutes in
order to produce more bilateral or multilateral cooperation.
Moreover enhance the regional communication in optics
and optoelectronics industry, so that our related companies
can improve their competitiveness
in the market through sharing of experience and learning
from each other.
We sincerely invite kind of domestic and overseas photonics
associations, related organizations and companies to contact
us and create the partnership with us. Let¡¯s pave the
path for the fine future of photonics industry with our
joint efforts.
Objective

to enhancement of optics and optoelectronics in Education
and Training, Research and Development, Manufacturing
and Industry.

sector participants for economic benefit of the optoelectronics
cluster.
¡ú To develop Guangdong optoelectronics
industry, make it into a Center of Excellence in the field
of optoelectronics technology and business.
¡ú To cooperate with private enterprises
and government agencies to increase the competitiveness
