In order to strengthen the construction and administration of GZOEMA, we order this Related Rules For GZOEMA Work according to our association guidelines. The rules include the qualification and the incumbency to join our association so that our association can be more justness and publicity and equitableness.

1、MEMBERS:
    GZOEMA is a non-profit civilian organization. All entities engaging in the development, manufacture, sale and agency in the optics and optoelectronics industry can apply for the members of GZOEMA, including research institutions, education organizations, press organizations, and all companies related in photonics industry. There are three levels for GZOEMA member: general member, junior member and senior member. And every fresh member will be defined as general member.

    1.1 Qualifications:
    1.1.1 To support the guidelines of GZOEMA, and carry out the members’ incumbency in unconstraint.
    1.1.2 To be will to be a member of GZOEMA.
    1.1.3 To be all entities engaging in the development, manufacture, sale and agency in the optics and optoelectronics industry, including research institutions, education organizations, press organizations, and all companies related in photonics industry.

    1.2 In-procedure:
    Step 1: Please fill in the application form with your common seal, and then fax or email or post to our association.
Step 2: Please wait for the confirmation (admission or negation) from the president or the secretary-general allowed by the president in one week;
Step 3: Please pay off the admission fee to our appointed account after you get the admission within two week;
Step 4: You will receive the member certificate after we get your fee in two weeks.

    1.3 The ways for member to rename appellation or amend its contact manner：
  1.3.1 If you want to rename appellation, please show the evincive correspondence with the former seal and the new seal, and post back the former member certificate to us. And then we will send you a new member certificate to you.
    1.3.2 If there is some alternation for your address, telephone and fax etc, please inform us in letter in time, so that you can keep the normal communication with us and other members.

2、GENERAL MEMBER：

  2.1 Rights:
    2.1.1 To vote and be voted, and hold the decision right on the GZOEMA decision-making affairs.
    2.1.2 Have the rights in suggesting、criticizing and supervising any of GZOEMA work.
    2.1.3 Have the right to share technology production, business information and technology datum collected and stored by GZOEMA.
    2.1.4 Have the right to get the various counseling provided by GZOEMA.
    2.1.5 May obtain various information and publication from GZOEMA.
    2.1.6 May attend various activities organized by GZOEMA with special treatment.
    2.1.7 May get the special price in other GZOEMA serving items.

    2.2 Incumbency：
  2.2.1 Support the guidelines of GZOEMA, and carry out our association’s decisions earnestly.
    2.2.2 To attend actively various activities organized by our association, and complete the jobs entrusted by our association.
    2.2.3 To reflect actively something about your company, and provide relative information and advice about the photonics industry development.
    2.2.4 According to the guidelines of GZOEMA, the members must pay off annual fee in March.

    2.3 Out-procedure:
    2.3.1 If member wants to secede from our association, it needs to inform us with letter, and deliver back the member certificate.
    2.3.2 If the member don’t carry out the incumbency or don’t pay off fee continuously for one year, we will count that it secedes from GZOEMA in unconstraint.
    2.3.3 If member disobeys badly the guidelines of GZOEMA, we will remove its name from our rolls after getting the confirmation from the council and senior council of GZOEMA.

3、JUNIOR MEMBER：
    The council of GZOEMA is produced by the vote of the member congress per five years, and it is the implementation organization of the member congress. During the end of congress, the council will lead our association to work, and answer for the member congress. The council is made up of the junior members, which are obviously active and powerful in our photonics industry.

    3.1 Qualifications:
    3.1.1 Should be a model in abiding our national statute.
    3.1.2 To have joined GZOEMA more than one year.
    3.1.3 Should be a model in supporting our guidelines, and carry out the members’ incumbency in unconstraint.
    3.1.4 To attend actively various activities of GZOEMA, and support them fervidly.
    3.1.5 The technology level of its main product can delegate the development aspect in this industry.
    3.1.6 The company has a considerable scale, and has a good economy benefit. And it can stand for something of the corresponding industry.

    3.2 In-procedure:
    3.2.1 Please refer a requisition to the association secretariat, and there should have the signatures by one junior member or over three members on the requisition.
    3.2.2 To become junior member just in the event that the nominated member must be approved by over half of the members on the spot.
    3.2.3 As for subjoining junior member, the nominated member must be approved by over two thirds of the junior members that attend the annual council, or collects the junior members’ opinion through the association secretariat, and if it is approved by over two thirds of them, it will be the junior member.
    3.2.4 Then pay off the fee of the same year.
    3.2.5 And receive the junior member certificate from the secretariat of GZOEMA.

    3.3 Rights and Incumbencies：
  3.3.1 Including all rights and incumbencies that for members.
    3.3.2 To perform resolutions of the member congress.
3.3.3 To attend the annual council and inspect the work report and the finance report of GZOEMA. And have the right to vote the resolution of council, to vote and to exempt president, vice president and secretary-general.
3.3.4 Should support various activities of GZOEMA actively.
3.3.5 And give counsel about GZOEMA’ development actively.
3.3.6 To promote the same whole industry development, and play a model role in the corresponding photonics industry.

    3.4 Out-procedure:
    The council of GZOEMA is constituted of junior member, and the junior member’s statue is not permanent. The member who can’t perform the incumbencies and responsibilities would secede from the council.

    3.4.1 The junior member that wants to secede from the council needs to provide the application to the association secretariat, and give back the junior member certification. If the company wants to hold the member title, we will exchange the general member certificate to it.
    3.4.2 If the junior member doesn’t pay off fee continuously for one year, we will count that it secedes from GZOEMA in unconstraint.
    3.4.3 If the member does not perform incumbency and does not attend those activities organized by our association or the council, it will be removed from the rolls through the agreement of over two thirds of the council. And at the same time, we may exchange the general member certificate according to the fact.
    3.4.4 The junior member that offends the laws of nation or disobey badly our guidelines will be removed from the rolls under the agreement of the council or the senior council.

4、SENIOR MEMBER：
    The senior council of GZOEMA is produced by the vote of the council of GZOEMA. During the closing course of the council, the senior council will perform the authority and answer for the council. The senior council is made up of the senior members, which are more obviously active and powerful in the corresponding industry.

    4.1 Qualifications:
    4.1.1 To shoulder the junior member position for two years.
    4.1.2 Should set a model for abiding our guidelines, and carry out the members’ incumbency in unconstraint.
    4.1.3 Should attend various activities of GZOEMA actively, and support them fervidly.
    4.1.4 The technology level of its main product can be a delegate of the development aspect in this industry.
    4.1.5 The company has a considerable scale, and has a good economy benefit. It can be a commissary of the industry.

    4.2 In-procedure:
    4.2.1 Please refer a requisition to the association secretariat, or be commended by the council of GZOEMA.
    4.2.2 The nominated member must be approved by over two thirds of the junior members that attend the council of GZOEMA.
    4.2.3 Then pay off the fee of the same year.
    4.2.4 And receive the senior member certificate from the secretariat of GZOEMA.

    4.3 Rights and Incumbencies：
  4.3.1 Taking all the member rights and incumbencies.
    4.3.2 To perform the resolution of member congress and the council.
    4.3.3 To attend the senior council, and vote the resolution.
    4.3.4 And lead all organs to work.
    4.3.5 To advise to our works, constitute and amend correlative regulations and rules.
    4.3.6 Holding various activities consigned by GZOEMA actively, and contribute to the development of optoelectronics industry.

    4.4 Out-procedure:
    4.4.1 If a senior member wants to secede from the senior council, it needs to provide the application to the association secretariat, and give back the senior member certificate. If it wants to hold the general member or the junior member title, we may exchange the relevant member certificate later.
    4.4.2 If the member does not perform incumbency or does not attend various activities that our association or council organizes, or it is in logjam and can’t keep ahead, it will be removed from the rolls through the agreement of over two thirds of the senior council. And at the same time, we may exchange the junior member certificate or general member certificate later according to the fact.
    4.4.3 The senior member that offends the laws of nation or disobeys badly our guidelines will be moved from the rolls through the agreement of the senior council.

    Above rules will put in practice from the passed-date. All explication right are reserved by the Council of GZOEMA.
